We enjoyed this clean hotel with a great lobby. The venue was placed in the efficient business location near the airport.

The hotel was contemporary and the staff was fabulously friendly.

Business location really close to the airport and downtown and Great Northern Mall, it was in a well kept area. Popped in The Hub Bar and Grill for shots before sleep, it was just a short walk away from the venue. I booked functional non-smoking room on 2nd floor.

Our room was non-smoking and brand-new with a pullout couch.

Clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be right by the Interstate, restaurants and the airport thanks to brilliant location. I had brand-new room with queen beds. Cookies, cereals and muffins were good and overall there was lots of food.

Well-appointed hotel, perfectly clean, thoughtful staff and the beds were extremely comfy.

It's very clean, deluxe accommodation within 5 minutes' walk of the subway. I enjoyed that we had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee maker and an electronic key card in the room.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Within walking distance Somer's Place, where you can have lunch. It was a 3-star venue in every way.

by and large, it was lovely base for sightseeing in cleveland, had much fun. the idea to include a microwave, coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator in the deluxe king room was nice. shuttle service was a nice touch.

Its a great hotel in a downtown area. Perfect for family. Furthermore, we used parking. We truly enjoyed this place...
